Before returning an item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will be responsible for shipping it to us. If you’d like to replace with a different product, we will work with you.

Duncan Designs provides free shipping to the United States for selected items shown in our Shop. Spoked earrings and bracelets qualify for free shipping. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
